Welcome Back! ::
The UGP had a rockin' turnout at Celebration IV, and a huge thank you goes out to everyone involved! We know our Staff had a great time. And if the pictures & tales that came back are any indicator, the massive amount of folks that came by to view our humble lil' old project did too!
To re-cap the week of UGP goodness : On Wednesday & Thursday, the fate of our set-up seemed to be a little on the shaky side. But despite the problems, everything worked out pretty well thanks to the hard work & tireless efforts of the set up crew! Great job guys! Ryan, Anthony, and Paul, here's to you!
The rest of the week was a complete success. A special thanks goes out to Darth Kenobi for the invaluable time he spent helping us man the Dio, and to everyone that contributed a custom, building, or piece of the landscape. Without the members of this community, this project could never have been the success that it was. Anyone who contributed in any way should be very proud of your work - literally several hundred people got to admire it all up-close and personal! Throughout the week Darth Vader, the Emperor, and even "Mr. Lucas" * stopped by to see our project in all it's glory.
And at the end of the week we held a raffle that drew over 300 people - some of whom were lucky enough to take a donated piece of the diorama home with them. Congratulations to each & every one of you who won a piece of the C4 Ultimate Group Project! Lastly, a big thank you goes out to everyone that stopped by the table! Thank you for your interest, your questions & your presence - they made the whole thing so very worthy of the effort that we all put into it!

An Update ::
Wooo Hoo! As of today, we have several new additions to the site. Our FAQs have been updated with more pertinent information regarding the mysterious workings of the UGP. And our Figure, Vehicle, and Diorama galleries have grown by leaps & bounds! You just have to check out the talent represented here - truly awesome work by the UGP Customizers!

Celebration IV ::
And, hey, wouldn't you know it? Celebration IV is right around the corner! It's been so many months since this project started that it seems almost scary to think that we're only 14 days away from the Grand Gala Debut of the Ultimate Group Project! But we've got a plan, we've got our act in gear, and everything is starting to come together beautifully. All manner of customization is being delivered to Paul's doorsteps daily (lucky guy). Lucky for us, he's taken tons of pictures and we wanted to share them here with everyone. Our hard work is paying off & the Celebration IV presentation of the UGP is becoming a reality!

We've finally done it! Thanks to our web workhorse, elmeaux, today our UGP site goes live! Finally we get to share with the world what we've been doing. Welcome aboard, we hope you enjoy your stay!
From here on out, this site will serve as a showcase for all the hard work we've put into constructing a corner of the "Jewel of the Empire." Our custom figures, dioramas, vehicles, & concept sketches have all come together to populate our very own world, right here.
We'll be updating the site with reports on what progress is being made and showcasing our work-in-progress pics here on the main page - right up until Celebration 4. And when we get back, we'll show you all the cool pics we took. We promise!
